It's best to start grooming around 12- 10 weeks or once your pup has received all vaccinations! This will help your furbaby in the future as they will be used to the groomers, meaning they will be less stressed.
yes! we supply a range of sensitive shampoo and medicated shampoos just let us know. If you prefer, you are more than welcome to bring your own shampoo!

Simple answer, no. Your furbaby will be in a spacious pen with a bed on their own. The only time they be close to another dog is if your furbaby is in the bath while another dog is in the bath next to them!
We usually don't recommend staying because if your furbaby can see or hear you they can become harder to groom as they want to get to you. However we understand leaving your furbaby can be stressful so you are more than welcome to stay as long as you follow the instructions above. Rest assured your furbaby will be safe, comfortable and loved like our own!
